Thinking Of Linking
Blue Moon Of Kentucky
Title: Raunchy, Thinking Of Linking, Blue Moon Of Kentucky - An "Anthology" extra recorded at George Harrison's estate Friar Park. Raunchy was George's audition piece for John Lennon which convinced John to allow him to join the Quarry Men. According to Paul, George's guitar work was "perfect". Thinking Of Linking was a very early Lennon-McCartney song that was inspired by an ad for Link Furniture. Blue Moon Of Kentucky was an Elvis song that the Quarry Men included in their set list from 1957-1961. This is taken from the bootleg "Meet The Threetles".
